For 2008 our Fundraiser was "A Family Fun Day at Fantasia"  Saturday, May 3rd

We had a blast & raised money for ALS this year

What an incredible day we had here at the farm on Saturday, May 3rd...Everyone had a fantastic time and we were very successful at raising money for the ALS Association and awareness of the disease, as well as promoting the walk in Ballantye on May 31st.  I want to thank all of you for your hard work, I couldn't have done it without you.  This will be an annual event and I'm sure will get bigger every year.  We had a great turn out with people from all over surrounding areas and I can't thank the local businesses enough for their support.    Williams photography was there again this year to help capture it all on film.  Be sure to check out their website for fantastic pictures of the event @ www.williamsphotography.photoreflect.com

Our local businesses were happy to jump on board to help us with this worthy event.  We were thankful to have gotten 300 hamburgers and hotdogs donated by Compass Group (Thank you to Lorna's husband Mark O'Callaghan), Steve Mantekas of Capt. Steve's Resterant has volunteered to make all the cole slaw, Sammy of Sammy's Deli right here in Indian Land is donating the buns and condiments...

Donations were made and greatly appreciated by the following local businesses:  Detailing by Tim, Waxhaw Tack Exchange, Autobell Carwash, Friendly Spirits and win, Carolinacaddy.com, Carolina Country Store, Judi Evin Message, Massage Envy, Carolina Karate & Fitness, Hendrick Motor Sports, Sandra, Susan and Debbie West in honor of their Father, WilliamC. Again thank you to all the volunteers that worked so hard. I could never pull this off without all of you and I am forever thankful to you all for getting behind me to fight to find a cure for such a heartwrenching disease.  Together we can do anything!  Thank you.
